Seating information
KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY is a multi-purpose arena used for Buffalo Sabres hockey, Buffalo Bandits lacrosse, concerts, family shows, comedy, and special events. Seating is generally organized across the 100 Level lower bowl, 200 Level club and suite areas, and 300 Level upper bowl.
For sports, we usually recommend looking first at center ice or center-view seats on the lower bowl or club level because they provide the most balanced view of the full playing surface. Lower bowl corner and end seats can be energetic for hockey and lacrosse, but they may not be as balanced as center sections. The 300 Level is usually the best value area and can still provide a useful full-arena view, especially when seats are closer to center.
For concerts, the layout can change by event. Some shows may use floor seating or general admission, while others may use a reserved floor setup. We recommend checking the event-specific seating chart before buying because side-stage, behind-stage, extreme side, or limited-view seats may appear for some concerts.
Important venue infrastructure includes the KeyBank Club on the 200 Level, the Lawley suite level with 80 private hospitality spaces, the Labatt Blue Zone on the 100 Level, accessible elevators, guest services on the 100, 200, and 300 Levels, accessible restrooms, family restrooms, and a nursing mother’s room in the Pavilion.
Parking information
Parking near KeyBank Center is available through the KeyBank Center parking ramp, KeyBank Center surface lots, and LECOM Harborcenter / Harbor Center parking ramp. Official event parking can be purchased in advance, and parking passes are emailed after purchase. Official lots are cashless and accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
For Sabres games and major arena events, we recommend using official prepaid parking when available because it is closest and easier to plan. Premium and suite parking may be assigned to the KeyBank Center ramp or Harbor Center ramp based on availability. Accessible parking is available in surrounding garages and lots, with accessible spaces located throughout the KeyBank Center parking ramp near elevators.
Private lots exist around the arena, but they are not affiliated with KeyBank Center or the Buffalo Sabres. We would avoid relying on unofficial lots unless the price, walking distance, and event access are clear before arrival.

The main rideshare pickup and drop-off location is Washington St. and Scott St.
Box office information
The KeyBank Center box office is located at the east end of the Pavilion, to the left of the Account Services Office. The venue lists twelve ticket windows for box office service. Regular box office hours are generally Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On arena event days, business hours may run from 12:00 PM through the end of the event, but event-day hours can change.
Ticket delivery is focused on mobile ticketing. The venue states that your phone is your ticket, and fans are encouraged to add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving. Tickets can be accessed through Ticketmaster Account Manager and the Buffalo Sabres mobile app. Screenshots are not accepted as tickets.
Ticket transfer may be available through Ticketmaster Account Manager or the Sabres mobile app when enabled for the event. We should check the specific event page before promising transfer availability because some concerts and special events may have event-specific mobile-only or transfer restrictions. Hard ticket availability is not clearly confirmed from the current official information.
